Accommodation tariffs are quoted per person, per night sharing, in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change. Tariffs are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax (VAT).
TARIFFS INCLUDE
Air-conditioned, en-suite accommodation, all meals. Game drives in open 4-wheel drive safari vehicles conducted by an experienced guide & tracker, fishing and optional walking safaris.
TARIFFS EXCLUDE
Bar purchases, certain special meal requests, curio shop purchases, gratuities, Internet usage, laundry & valet services, mini bar (stocked on request) and sole use of private vehicle, telephone calls, and transfers to / from the lodge.
Any applicable adventure activities, airport taxes and entrance fees.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children 8 years and older are welcome at Inyati. We request that proof of the child's age be supplied when making a reservation. This is a precautionary measure as Inyati is located in an unfenced reserve.
Children under 10 pay 50% of the full double rate and are permitted on game drives at guides' discretion.
Children above 16 may participate in walking safaris – for younger children we offer child-friendly walks around the lodge with experienced guides.
Child minding is done by lodge staff and can be arranged on arrival at a nominal hourly rate.
Occasionally due to restrictions on the number of guests and vehicles allowed on the Sabi Sand Reserve, we may not be able to accommodate extra children in rooms.
BOOKING PROCEDURE
To secure your reservation a 50% deposit is required within 48hrs. Full payment required 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made either by credit card or electronic bank transfer. Your reservation will be secured once you have received our acknowledgement of your payment. There is a 5% surcharge on credit card payments for commissionable bookings.
All flights and airport transfers (where applicable) booked through Inyati Game Lodge must be paid for in full either at the time the flight reservations are secured or together with the deposit.
All guests shall settle their extras accounts in full prior to departure from the lodge.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Your cancellation will only be effective once you have received our cancellation voucher. There may also be cancellation fees levied by third parties / our affiliates such as flight or transfer operators.
– More than 35 days prior to arrival – no cancellation fee.
– 5 weeks –3 weeks prior to arrival – 25% of total stay.
– 3 weeks – 14 days prior to arriarrivval – 33% of total stay.
– Between 14 – 7 days prior to al – 50% of total stay.
– Bookings cancelled less that 7 days prior to arrival would carry 100% cancellation fee.
– No-shows & early departures: 100% of full accommodation rate.
*All cancellation fees are subject to a 5% handling charge.
